Our journey began at Harvard Law School, where our founders worked in legal clinics and grappled firsthand with the limitations of traditional legal aid. We sat across from clients in crisis, completed intakes ourselves, and spent countless hours entering cases into systems like LegalServer. Each intake revealed the same reality: there were always more people in need than we could possibly serve. We knew there had to be a better way to help more people without sacrificing the quality and professionalism they deserved.
That experience ignited our mission to leverage technology where it is needed most. At Safe Haven AI, we combine the best of both worlds: legal training that keeps us grounded in the challenges people face, and technical expertise shaped at the forefront of AI innovation in Silicon Valley. We built our AI voice assistant to tackle those challenges head-on.
For legal aid organizations, our voice agent streamlines intake by gathering critical information, from the documents callers have on hand to the specific issues they are navigating. We compile that data into structured, attorney-ready summaries so teams can focus on the most complex and urgent cases.
For individuals, support is always just a phone call away. Day or night, people can begin sharing their story and receive guidance, giving legal aid teams a head start in understanding how to help.
